Fox

After writing and producing for other artists in the sixties, [a=Kenny Young] (he penned Under The Boardwalk for [a=The Drifters]) put together Fox in the early seventies, recruiting Australian singer [a=Susan Traynor] from [a=Wooden Horse] (she renamed herself [a=Noosha Fox] for this project) and Irish singer [a=Herbie Armstrong] to record the band's first album in 1975, which also featured guest vocals by [a=Queen]'s [a=Roger Taylor]. The band broke up after three albums. Traynor pursued a solo career as Noosha Fox while Young and Armstrong formed [a=Yellow Dog].
