Grant Nelson

Prolific producer, remixer and DJ from London, born 27 April 1971.
Produced under the name [a=Wishdokta] from 1990 to 1993 when he was making breakbeat hardcore/techno for [l=Kickin Records].
Heralded as an influential producer on what became the UK garage scene due to his numerous releases on [l=Nice 'N' Ripe], a label he co-founded in 1993.
In 1997 he started using the alter-ego [a=Bump & Flex] to release 2-step garage.
Nelson has remained a house/garage producer since his early Nice 'N' Ripe days and continues to do so with his [l=Swing City] (1995-) and [l=Freeze Dried] (2012-) labels.
Partner of [a=Kate Ross].
Cousin of [a=David Thackeray].
