Its members were guitarist [a=Laurindo Almeida], saxophonist and flutist [a=Bud Shank], bassist [a=Ray Brown], and drummer [a=Shelly Manne], replaced by [a=Jeff Hamilton] after 1977.
[a=Chuck Flores] was the group's original drummer but did not record with them.
