Cybotron

Australian synth pioneer Steve Maxwell Von Braund formed Cybotron (defined appropriately as half man-half machine) in 1975 with fellow electronic musician Geoff Green. They performed live in Melbourne before recording their first album "Cybotron" in 1976. Descriptions of the band's music include Cosmic, Progressive, Psychadelic and Krautrock-inspired. Disbanded in 1981.
