Born in Ballyjamesduff, County Cavan, Ireland.
Irish bass player, composer and record producer. Best known as bass player with [a=The Boomtown Rats], Briquette continues to play bass with [a=Bob Geldof], and has worked with [a=Tricky] (Maxinquaye) in 1995, a Dutch singer named [a=Bloem de Ligny] and a French singer named [a=Renaud] in addition to producing Dublin band [a=The Frames] D.C.
First cousin of [a=Johnnie Fingers].
