Gerhard Lehner
Real Name: Hans Gerhard Lehner
German sound engineer (6 February 1921, Gera - 11 July 2010, Neuilly-sur-Seine). After having studied communications engineering in Leipzig and Dresden he worked for three years for the American Forces Network in Germany and later with the Bavarian Radio. In 1956 he joined [l=Barclay] and was asked by owner [a=Eddie Barclay] to design the new [l=Studios Barclay] / [l=Studios Barclay-Hoche Enregistrements] in Paris, where he eventually became the chief engineer until the studios closure in 1980.
