Vocalist and songwriter best known for his work with The Gap Band; co-writer of Mark Ronson's "Uptown Funk". Employee at Total Experience Studios as assistant to Lonnie Simmons. Died aged 52 of a heart attack while on tour with Bobby Womack.
Died Oct. 28, 2006 in Baton Rouge, LA
