Steve Young

An American recording engineer who has also worked as a manager and a producer. In addition, he performed as both a vocalist and a guitarist and collaborated with Tommy Sullivan until retiring as a musician in 1983 to focus on production. In 1975, Young began his career as an engineer, manager, and producer in Long Island, New York upon graduating from college in Florida. From 1983 to 1994, he owned Island Media Studios and subsequently joined Media Recording Studios, which Young has directed since the mid-1990s. He has worked in Long Island for most of his career.
