Stefan Andersson

Swedish producer and songwriter, born in 1967 and grew up in Enköping but moved to Stockholm in 1994.

He was already successful at the age of twenty with groups such as So What and Angel, which he also released on his own record label ESR Records. Many artists has used Enköpingsstudion since it was built in 1987. Among others, Anders Bagge and Max Martin were there early and collaborated on various projects. Enköping eventually became too small and Stefan began a collaboration with EMI Svenska AB where he came to work as a producer and songwriter for about eight years. He is a signed songwriter at EMI Publishing after selling his own publishing house in 1994. Over the years, he has worked with Sweden's artist elite. Among other things, he wrote and produced the album with Charlotte Perrelli after she won the melody festival with "Tusen och en natt".

Basic Element is probably his biggest success with over 10 top ten hits. He has also collaborated with Shebang, Blossom Tainton, Anna Book, So Delicious, Staffan Hellstrand, Petrus Emotion, Annika Ljungberg, Caracola, Martin Svensson and more.
