Hiro

Hiro (ヒロ) (born November 3, 1930, Shanghai, China – died August 15, 2021) was a Japanese-born American commercial photographer. He was known for his fashion and still life photography from the mid-1960s onward. Shortly after moving to the USA from Japan in 1954 he adopted his professional name "Hiro". He worked for the magazine Harper's Bazaar between 1956-1975. His work can be seen on numerous album covers from the 1960s and onward.
