Real Name: Dominick J. Monardo
b. in 1939 in Johnsonburg, Pennsylvania (USA). "Meco" loved anagrams and for years he cryptically rearranged the spellings of names of people in his orchestras for album credits, and of his own name too. Meco died on May 26, 2023.
