Corduroy

London based 4-piece acid jazz band. Formed around twins Ben (drums/vocals) and Scott Addison (keyboards/vocals), who were previously in former Sire Records act Boys Wonder. Joining the twins was Richard Searle on Bass, from Doctor & The Medics (a contemporary of Boys Wonder in the mid to late 1980s) and guitarist Simon Nelson-Smith. Corduroy released three eclectic albums on Acid Jazz Records in the 90s with several singles from their 1993 album High Havok charting in the U.K. Top Ten Independent Charts. They then moved over to Big Cat Records.
In 2018 they re-signed to Acid Jazz Records for the release of their Return Of The Fabric Four LP.
