Terry Manning
Real Name: Terry Don Manning
Producer, songwriter, photographer, recording engineer, and artist. Born December 29, 1947. Died March 25, 2025.
Originally from El Paso, Texas, where he played with Bobby Fuller, and fronted The Wild Ones. He moved to Memphis and began working at Stax Recording Studios and then became chief engineer and manager at Ardent Studios. In 1988 he founded Studio Six, Memphis. In 1992 he founded Lucky Seven Records. He later did extensive work at Compass Point Studios.
