Cool Down Zone
Short lived brit soul trio
An evolution of [a=52nd Street]. After the group's disbanding, singer - songwriter [a=Diane Charlemagne] with synthesizer and bass player [a=Tony Bowry] and the group's drummer for their live concerts [a=Myke Wilson] formed [a=Cool Down Zone] releasing just one album, produced by [a=John Barnes] and four singles before disbanding in 1993 due to lack of commercial success. Their biggest hit is "Heaven Knows" (No.52 in the UK chart). [a=Diane Charlemagne] went on to join euro dance act [a=Urban Cookie Collective], [a=Tony Bowry] became a session bassist and [a=Myke Wilson] went on to play for [a=Swing Out Sister].
