Jamaican singer and producer, born June 4, 1948, Kingston, Jamaica - died Oct. 4, 2016, Miami, FL.
He moved to the UK in the early 1960's, and returned to Jamaica in 1972. He launched the labels Spiderman, Joe Frasier, Eagle Records and Rattie Soul.
