Owner and engineer first of Shield Studios in Kettering and then of Beck Studios in Wellingborough, UK, est. in 1969. Co-producer and engineer on many Bauhaus & Love And Rockets recordings among others.

Passed away aged 87 after short illness on November 6th, 2013.
