Freddy B

Anthony Adams/Tony Adams AKA Fred Benz, Old School Freddy or just "Freddy B" was an old friend of Too Short back in the early days. Freddy B and Too Short were pioneers of the Oakland area rap scene. Both used to do rap-duels before both rapped together and sold tapes out of Too Shorts car trunk to eat out. Freddy B was arrested in jailed in 1983, right before Too Short hooked up with 75 Girls Records, for an alleged coke selling case, which was why he never was featured or shown on any of Too Short's albums, his release date remains unclear but it was before 1990. Freddy B is featured on the track "Game" off of Too Shorts album: Cocktails as well as old early80's Special Request cassettes.
