Monika Eigensperger

Austrian journalist, radio host, longtime program director of and since 2016 general director of all ORF Radios
She was born September 15, 1959 in Vienna.
She started to work for in 1980, soon hosting various shows on radio as ZickZack or Treffpunk Ö3. She was elected vice-general manager of Ö3 in 1993. When Radio FM4 was founded 1995, she was one of the key figures behind the concept of the new radio station. She served as FM4 program director from 1996 onwards, 2016 when she was promoted to be general director of all ORF Radios (Ö1, Ö3, FM4).as well head of and .
