Kyambo Joshua

A&R executive and record producer, born in New York City, New York, U.S. on April 21, 1978.

Joshua is the man responsible for signing Jay-Z, Memphis Bleek, Beanie Sigel, Freeway and most prominently Kanye West during his tenure as the president of A&R at Roc-A-Fella Records, whose company's co-founder, Kareem Burke (better known as Biggs) is Joshua's older brother. He also oversaw the development of Roc-A-Fella co-boss Damon Dash's fashion line, Rocawear. He was previously A&R of Def Jam Recordings, Atlantic Records, Columbia Records and J Records.

Joshua was the co-founder of Hip Hop Since 1978 alongside Gee Roberson until it went defunct in 2014.
