Philippe Ascoli

Ascoli started as talent scout at [l=Polydor] (France) in 1988 and became head of A&R at [l=Virgin] (France) in 1992. He then co-founded [l=Source] in 1995, held managing director positions at Virgin and EMI until 2005 when he founded . He was managing director at (2016-2018) before joining in 2019.
