Charlotte Kelly is a singer-songwriter from London, UK born circa 1976-77 in Coventry, England.
She is born blind at birth with no sight at all in her left eye and virtually none in her right eye.
She is probably best known for her single "Skin" and her time as lead-vocalist in Soul II Soul. She also co-wrote "Good Times" for Roll Deep.
