Julie Covington

English singer and actress born on September 11 of the year 1946 in London. Most famous for recording the original version of Don't Cry For Me Argentina for the 81283 musical (1976), she has performed on tv and with the English National Opera and in the companies of the National Theatre and the Royal Court Theatre. Covington has also had chart success with her cover version of Only Women Bleed (1977) whilst also featuring on the million seller 71524 (1978).
