American record producer, arranger and songwriter.
Born August 11, 1937, Chicago, Illinois, USA. Died November 13, 2024 at his home in Los Angeles from complications due to a stroke.

He began his career as a recording engineer at in Los Angeles, working closely with engineer . In 1962, he moved to the UK and became an independent producer with Decca Records. His production techniques at Pye helped to chart success.
