Joseph Fleury
Involved with Sparks from their inception until his death in 1990. Initially running their promotions and fan club, Fleury took over from John Hewlett as manager from 1978 until 1990. Aside from Sparks, Fleury also managed Milk 'N' Cookies and Mumps (3).
