Andrey Vinnitsky

Andrey Vinnitsky (b. 1980) is a Russian percussionist and one of the members of [b]Mark Pekarsky Percussion Ensemble[/b]. In 1993, he became a laureate of All-Russian Percussion Performers Competition, and also won the first prize with [url=https://discogs.com/artist/2454578]Andrey Doynikov[/url] at the International Youth "Simphonia" Competition in Volgograd in 1998. Andrey studied percussion with Prof. Pekarsky at the Moscow Conservatory and graduated in 2002, pursuing his studies with Mark as a post-graduate student at the Centre for Contemporary Music in Moscow Conservatory, where he also performs at [b]Studio for New Music Ensemble[/b].

Vinnitsky had been performing solo and with various ensembles in USA, Great Britain, France, Germany, Portugal, Holland, Czech Republic, Latvia and all over Russia.
