Real Name: Gloria Rodríguez
Hurricane G. (May 20, 1970 – November 6, 2022) was an American rapper of Puerto Rican descent, born in Brooklyn, New York. She made her debut in 1992 on [a=Redman]'s single "Tonight's Da Night" and later became part of the [a=Def Squad], appearing on releases by [a=Erick Sermon] and [a=Keith Murray]. After leaving the group in 1996, she collaborated with artists such as [a=Xzibit], [a=Delinquent Habits], [a=Organized Konfusion], [a=Cocoa Brovaz], and [a=Puff Daddy]. Her debut solo album "All Woman" was released in 1997 and was executive produced by [a=John "Jellybean" Benitez].
She had a daughter Lexus with [a=Erick Sermon] and stepped back from music for a time to focus on raising her. Hurricane G passed away in 2022 at the age of 52.
