Real Name: Kevin Washington and Sean Sims.
New Jersey group who were brought to Abigail Adams and her Movin' Records label by Blaze aka Black Rascals (who worked at the Movin' record store in East Orange) and his production partner Black Rascals.
Abigail Adams described the group in a 2014 interview as "three young men". 44393 lists the members as Phase II and Phase II.
The third member pictured on the cover of 4199205 is Jerry Edwards who had worked with Blaze on 186626 in 1987 and went on to record 62186 with them in 1989.
