Famous Hokum Boys

Not to be confused with the similar [a=The Hokum Boys], the Famous Hokum Boys were a hokum and ragtime act consisting primarily of pianist [a=Georgia Tom Dorsey] and guitarists [a=Big Bill Broonzy] and [a=Frank Brasswell], with all three lending vocals. The group recorded a number of sides which were released on various labels of the American Record Corporation between April 1930 and September of 1930.
