Played with The Trinidad Serenaders. In the USA he played with Jaco Pastorius and Othello Molineaux with whom he played on "Another Rainy Day In New York City" on 5936.
Not to be confused with the American jazz drummer Leroy Williams
or the British percussionist Leroy Williams
