DJ and producer from Baltimore, Maryland.
Part of [a=The Basement Boys] production team until the early 2000s when he formed the group [a=DJ Spen & The MuthaFunkaz].
Ran his own label [l=Code Red Recordings] between 2004 and 2011.
Now runs [l=Quantize Recordings] with his wife, [a=Kelly Tribble Spencer], and former Basement Boys collaborator [a=Thomas Davis].
Not to be confused with [a=Dwayne "Spen" Richardson].
