Sumo

SUMO was created by Fred and Alex Sumi in 1999. Developing an electro-funk music to feeling hot. Fred, bassist and composer, produced the music while Alex, singer and guitarist, sign words. Between 2000 and 2004, the group released 5 vinyl singles and first album Before The Sun, hailed by critics (Trax, inrockuptibles) and international artists such as Deep Dish, Gilles Peterson, John Digweed, Pete Tong, Roger Sanchez . Their shares listed on several international compilations such as Fashion TV, House of Yoshi and Aphrodisiac3.
