Vocal harmony soul quartet.
Formed in 1966 after the demise of [a=The Hi-Fi's (2)], backing band of [a=Ray Charles] by their members [a=Harry Elston] and [a=Floyd Butler], adding two female singers with some changes through the years.
Collaborated extensively with [a=John Florez], [a=Ray Cork, Jr.] and [a=Jerry Peters] production wise.
Released six albums between 1969 - 1973.
Disbanded in 1975 due to lack of furthermore commercial success.
Their biggest hits are [a=Hugh Masekela]'s "Grazing In The Grass" and "Going In Circles".
