Synergy
Real Name: Lawrence Roger Fast
Larry Fast is an American synthesizer player born Dec. 10, 1951, in Livington, New Jersey, USA, best known under his nom de guerre, Synergy. His early releases in the mid-1970s as Synergy mixed Western classical music influences and adaptations with original compositions. Increasingly, Synergy albums became more original and rock-based, adding other instruments. That is, except for Computer Experiments, an album of ambient music created with randomly controlled computer programming. He also worked with artists like [a=Nektar], [a=Tony Levin] and [a=Annie Haslam], and was featured in [a=Peter Gabriel]’s band.
Note: Larry Fast owns the trademark Synergy for use on recordings in the United States, registration numbers 1,273,912, 1,545,702, and 3,819,992 in the US Patent and Copyright Office.
