Paul "Max" Bloom
Real Name: Paul Bloom
A&R, DJ, studio engineer and label manager. Paul started his musical career as a DJ for Ministry Of Sound and Stringfellows in 1986, before becoming a recording engineer for various other artists. In 1995 Paul transitioned into an A&R role and worked at Warner Bros. and Jive Records. In 2000 he took the step to found his own label Concept Music. Since then Paul has focused on the A&R and licensing side of the music industry
