William R. Kamarra

A label owner, executive, producer, and songwriter who has been active since the mid 1970s, mainly in Brooklyn, New York.

During the 1970s and early 1980s he served as President of [l=Rota Enterprises, LTD] and [l=Nilkam Enterprises].
In 1986, he founded [l=B-Boy Records] with Jack Allen.
