Along with her husband , they recorded and produced the earliest recordings of in 1961 and 1962, prior to their being signed to . After years of litigation, these recordings were finally released in 2016 as [m=1080480]. She passed away in 1988. After Hite's death, their son guided their business concerns and releases. He inherited some of her songwriting credits, such as "Chapel Of Love".
